By accessing this website, requesting service, or otherwise interacting with Long Island HVAC Repair, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide HVAC diagnostic, repair, installation, and maintenance services across Nassau and Western Suffolk County. All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians. Service availability is subject to coverage area and scheduling.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are based on information you provide and on-site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work. We provide flat-rate pricing in writing before any repair begins. Diagnostic fees apply per our published policy.

Appointments & cancellation

Appointment times are estimates. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Please provide at least 2 hours notice for cancellation. Repeated no-shows may incur a trip fee.

Warranty

Our standard labor warranty is 1 year on covered repairs. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment vary by product — refer to the manufacturer's documentation. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or work performed by others.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and approved financing. Past-due balances may incur interest at the maximum rate allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Long Island HVAC Repair's total liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
